Dawam is built by Vision Digital, based in Tilburg, the Netherlands. This policy explains what data Dawam handles. The short version: your practice stays on your device.

No account, no tracking

Dawam has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not run analytics, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not show ads.

Stored on your device

Your reading progress, goals, streaks, bookmarks, and settings are stored locally on your device or in your browser. This data never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app data or your browser storage.

Location

If you allow it, your location is used once to calculate prayer times for where you are. Your location is not stored and not sent to us.

Coach

When you ask the Coach a question, that question is sent to an AI provider to generate an answer. This only happens when you use the Coach. We do not store your conversation history.

Donations

Donations are processed by Stripe. When you donate, you enter your payment details on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because Dawam stores your practice data only on your device, you hold that data yourself. For anything else, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
